DAY-TO-DAY
In this therapy coordination role, you are responsible for supervising direct care counselors as they provide trauma-informed services to Caminos youth. The Caminos program seeks to serve young people temporarily while they are going through immigration court and awaiting placement with family members, sponsors, or foster parents currently living in the United States. As part of the team, you work to create a safe, therapeutic living space and innovative, culturally sensitive programming.
A true leader, you coach, motivate, and supervise the staff as they follow established guidelines in maintaining a therapeutic milieu. You lead by example in everything you do. You collaborate with medical providers and other individuals directly involved with the various aspects of care for our clients. Being able to perform such meaningful work on a day-to-day basis brings you great fulfillment!
