DAY-TO-DAY
As a Compliance / Quality Improvement Coordinator, you are responsible for implementing policies and procedures, developing training programs, and monitoring compliance-related matters. You provide leadership across multiple agency programs related to the implementation and billing of mental health services. These services are funded by third parties, including Medicaid, managed care, commercial insurance, and grants. Each day, you work to ensure regulatory, contractual, and best practice standards are met. You oversee Medicaid certification, along with other third-party review processes.
You offer support and training to staff members involved with service delivery and documentation. With attention to detail, you ensure the accuracy of each document that is completed. Highly collaborative, you work with the agency leadership to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Previous Medicaid or other third-party payor experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.
