DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time mental health counseling position has access to remote and flexible scheduling options.
As a professional in mental health therapy, you play an essential role in making it possible for us to offer the crucial services that our youth need. You are responsible for providing counseling to youth and their families in a variety of settings depending on what works best for them. Upon meeting your clients, you conduct assessments to determine an appropriate treatment plan. The therapy we provide is trauma-based, and you ensure that the treatment you develop is the best course of action to meet the individual needs of each of your clients.
The therapy sessions you hold can sometimes be intensive and mentally demanding, but you actively maintain a calm and professional demeanor to ensure your client feels comfortable.
