YOUR LIFE AS A BUSSER / HOUSEMAN
This full-time entry-level cleaning position with our country club works a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
As an entry-level Busser / Houseman with our hospitality team, you are responsible for upholding the highest level of customer service with our guests during banquet events. Always friendly and professional, you greet our guests to make them feel welcome and at home within our facility. You assist with all aspects of setup for banquet events, which includes arranging tables, chairs, and linens. In addition, you help out with our food and beverage service and ensure that the service floor is always operating smoothly.
When you aren't attending to guests, you perform a variety of cleaning duties, which includes maintaining the back of house and front of house for our events. You seek counsel from management when needed and are always eager to accomplish any tasks that come your way. You excel in a team environment, which is why you love being part of a tight-knit group of hospitality workers that keeps our guests satisfied and our country club thriving!
