About Big Horn Lodge

Located in the heart of Moab, Utah, Big Horn Lodge provides guests with a comfortable, convenient home base while they explore the area's incredible outdoor attractions. Our team takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming property and providing friendly service to guests from around the world.

As a Facility Attendant, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in making sure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained stay.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, hallways, stairways, and other guest spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform general cleaning throughout the property
• Clean and restock public restrooms
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness around the property and outdoor areas
• Help keep entrances, walkways, and common areas clean and presentable
• Assist with light housekeeping and other property needs as directed
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or areas needing attention
• Restock cleaning and guest supplies as needed
• Work with the housekeeping and hotel teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
• Complete other duties as needed to support daily hotel operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or facility experience is helpful but not required-we will train the right person
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining a hotel property
• Willingness to work around guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor

Schedule

• Part-time
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Morning, daytime, and/or other shifts may be available
