Legacy House of Mesa is a warm and inviting assisted living and memory care community located in Mesa, Arizona. We believe seniors thrive when they can maintain independence, and our memory care neighborhood offers the structure, safety, and meaningful engagement needed by individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Our team is known for delivering care with a genuine "personal touch."

What You'll Do

This role generally follows a Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday needs. On-call availability may also be required.

As the Memory Care Director, you will:

  • Oversee daily memory care operations
  • Ensure residents receive person-centered and dignified support
  • Build strong relationships with families, offering education and reassurance
  • Train, mentor, and inspire caregiving staff in best practices for dementia care
  • Promote an environment focused on safety, engagement, and compassion

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in memory care or assisted living leadership
  • Strong understanding of dementia care programs and behavioral support strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An Assisted Living Manager or Administrator license is preferred (or willingness to obtain one in Arizona)
