Davis Conference Center is hiring full-time and part-time Event Setup Crew Members to help transform our event spaces for conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, weddings, and special events.
If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in creating professional event spaces, and like staying active throughout your shift, this could be a great fit. This is a behind-the-scenes role responsible for setting the stage for successful events-not serving guests.

We host everything from business conferences and trade shows to weddings and community events. Every event is different, and our setup team plays a critical role in making each one a success.
What You'll Do
As an Event Setup Crew Member, you'll work behind the scenes preparing event spaces according to detailed floor plans and event specifications. This is a physically active position where you'll help create everything from banquet rooms to large conference spaces.
