YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LEAD GUEST SERVICES AGENT
This is a full-time position, 32–40 hours per week, with required availability for AM, 7 AM–3 PM, mid, 11 AM–7 PM, and PM, 3 PM–11 PM, shifts based on hotel needs.
As our Lead Guest Services Agent, you'll support the Guest Services Manager while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll guide and motivate the team to deliver top-tier service, step in when coverage is needed, and quickly resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. You'll also welcome guests, troubleshoot challenges, coordinate with leadership, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of the Hilton brand.
