ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time position, 32–40 hours per week, with required availability for AM, 7 AM–3 PM, mid, 11 AM–7 PM, and PM, 3 PM–11 PM, shifts based on hotel needs.
As our Guest Services Lead Associate, you'll support the Guest Services Manager in overseeing front desk operations and ensuring consistent service delivery. You'll assist team members, monitor daily workflow, and step in to address guest needs or cover shifts as necessary. Throughout your day, you'll interact with guests, resolve concerns promptly, and help maintain an organized, efficient front desk.
