WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

As our Overnight Hotel Front Desk Auditor, you're the guardian of the night, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Manning the front desk overnight, welcoming late-night arrivals with warmth and professionalism
• Performing meticulous audit functions, reconciling transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy
• Maintaining the front desk area, keeping it clean and inviting for our guests
• Handling cash, credit cards, and checks according to our policies and procedures
• Running computer reports and complete accounting documents with precision
• Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other requests, providing exceptional service at every turn

You work a part-time graveyard shift between 11 PM and 7 AM, plus weekends!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Ability to work weekends
• Basic computer skills for operating office machinery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Analytical with great critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team player who is reliable and punctual

Having experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred but not required!
