Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with property management experience? Altair at Riverwalk located in West Haven, Utah, is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional living experience for our residents.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, resident interaction, leasing, and property operations. You'll work closely with the Property Manager and ownership team to keep the community running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
- Collect rent by the 5th of each month and ensure timely deposits
- Enter rents, changes, and updates into on-site property management software
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with collections
- Maintain and follow a company-approved operating budget
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Answer calls and inquiries from prospective residents
- Show available apartments and assist with leasing
- Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Respond to resident questions and service requests
Maintenance Coordination
- Receive and track work orders
- Schedule maintenance staff and vendors
- Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily
Vendor & Property Coordination
- Schedule landscapers and other vendors servicing the property
- Help ensure property standards are maintained
Reporting & Administrative Duties
- Assist in preparing weekly reports for ownership, including:
- Current rent roll
- Prospective resident traffic
- Delinquency updates
- Work with the NXT Property Management supervisor to help prepare the annual property budget
- Attend company training and meetings as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years of property management experience required
- Experience with Entrata property management software preferred
- Strong computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Word)
- Good math and financial tracking skills
- Knowledge of common apartment maintenance issues
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
- Pleasant, cheerful, firm and assertive when needed
