WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Bottling Line Lead, you collaborate with your team to ensure the bottling line operates smoothly by adjusting equipment, monitoring quality, and keeping work areas clean and organized to meet GMP and 5S standards. You perform quality checks, document results and downtime, and communicate variances to the Quality Team and Bottling Team Lead. Additionally, you work closely with Maintenance, Logistics, and Flex Team members, supply materials, assist with palletizing and staging, support sanitation and changeovers, and handle rework as needed, all while adhering to safety and hygiene requirements.


WHAT'S REQUIRED OF A BOTTLING LINE LEAD?

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lead people, including direct experience supervising and guiding team members
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to operate production equipment and follow standardized procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to take direction from a team lead
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage emotions under pressure and maintain professionalism
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting production priorities and duties
  • Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
