Key Responsibilities

As our Wellness Nurse, you will:

• Monitor and manage residents' chronic medical conditions
• Conduct health assessments and ongoing wellness evaluations
• Communicate regularly with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Provide medication oversight and health education
• Support residents' overall physical and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Active Nevada LPN or RN license
• Previous patient care or senior living experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in assisted living and memory care settings
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
