Join Our Team as an Evening Bistro Attendant!

Courtyard Layton is seeking a dependable and friendly Evening Bistro Attendant to create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Open and close the evening bistro independently
• Prepare and cook simple menu items
• Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests
• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
• Keep the bistro clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Handle varying levels of business-from slower evenings to busy rushes

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Must be 21 years or older (required to serve alcohol)
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated during solo shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cooking or serving experience is a plus (but not required)
