Compensation & Schedule

  • $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
  • Monthly performance-based bonuses

Role Overview

In this role, you'll be a key contributor to maximizing occupancy while providing an outstanding experience for both prospects and current residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing leasing inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
  • Tracking leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects to residents
  • Scheduling and leading apartment tours
  • Clearly explaining lease terms, rental rates, and community features
  • Assisting residents with general questions and service-related requests
  • Organizing and maintaining resident files and leasing documentation
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and overall occupancy goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional, positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently

Preferred (But Not Required - We will train the right person!):

  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
  • Sales experience (6+ months preferred)
  • Apartment or multifamily leasing experience (6+ months preferred)
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting or financial reports
