RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and chef direction, including chopping, portioning, mixing, labeling, and proper storage
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized prep stations
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Ensure all food preparation complies with safety and sanitation standards
• Support line cooks and culinary leadership during service as needed
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• Communicate proactively regarding inventory or product concerns

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 18+ years old
• Good work history
• Understanding of cooking methods and procedures
• Excellent knife-handling skills
• Ability to enthusiastically and thoroughly follow instructions
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to easily carry 40+ lbs.

Experience as a prep cook is preferred but is not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this food service job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

Perky Beans Coffee is our complete coffeehouse with a drive-thru, offering a variety of delicious beverages as well as quick bites. Located right next door is PB Cafe, where our customers can sit down and order all the breakfast classics as well as items from our tasty lunch menu.
