We are seeking a strong, service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional, restaurant-style dining experience every day.

Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays as needed)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support servers to ensure high-quality, consistent service
• Lead by example on the floor-engaging with residents and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
• Maintain dining room standards, cleanliness, and organization
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service execution
• Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and promptly

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Previous serving and supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences
