Position Summary

As the Life Enrichment Director, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant, engaging community atmosphere by planning and leading a wide variety of activities and events. This role is ideal for a creative, organized professional who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly calendar of recreational, social, cultural, and religious activities
• Plan, coordinate, and lead events, including setup, supervision, and transportation as needed
• Create engaging content for community newsletters and communications
• Ensure activities meet resident interests while staying within budget
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents and families
• Supervise and train team members within the department
• Maintain compliance with company policies and resident confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute diverse enrichment programs for a senior population
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups and engaging with residents and families
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with seniors
