WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A CLUBHOUSE DINING ASSISTANT MANAGER?

In this role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations throughout the clubhouse, including poolside service, banquets, a la carte dining, and tournaments. You will support and direct staff, ensuring compliance with club standards, safety protocols, and dress codes. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and developing team members, supervising daily operations, addressing member inquiries and concerns, managing scheduling and payroll, and monitoring labor hours and costs. Each day, you will exemplify professionalism and uphold the club's reputation for outstanding member service, completing opening, closing, and manager-on-duty procedures, and participating in special projects as assigned.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

The Clubhouse Dining Assistant Manager will maintain a flexible schedule tailored to the needs of the club. Regular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts should be expected, as these are essential to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our members.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR CLUBHOUSE DINING ASSISTANT MANAGER?

• 3+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a private club, hotel, resort, or similar high-end hospitality environment
• Leadership experience with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
• Solid knowledge of food preparation and presentation, plus working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, member-centric setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, lift 45+ lbs., and balance trays for extended periods
• Club experience (highly preferred)
• College degree in business management or hospitality management (preferred)
