The Impact You Will Have
As an HR Business Partner, your work will directly influence leadership effectiveness, workforce stability, and property profitability across the organization. You will partner closely with property leaders and regional leadership to ensure our people systems drive business results.

What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to property leaders and regional leadership teams
- Translate business goals into workforce strategies and talent solutions
- Provide coaching to leaders to strengthen decision making, accountability, and people management
Employee Relations & Organizational Effectiveness
- Address employee relations issues with a systematic, compliant, and solutions-focused approach
- Identify root causes of workforce challenges and guide leaders toward sustainable solutions
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
Talent & Leadership Development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to ensure effective recruiting and selection
- Guide leaders in employee development and succession planning
- Support consistent performance management and leadership coaching practices
Operational HR Execution
- Implement corporate policies and HR programs across properties
- Support compensation planning, onboarding, and compliance processes
- Partner with HR team members to ensure consistent HR service delivery
Culture & Engagement
- Reinforce WSLM's Personal Touch culture, mission, and values
- Build strong relationships with leaders and associates across all levels of the organization
- Act as a change champion during business or organizational transitions

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting field-based or multi-location teams
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching capability
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Experience supporting hospitality, healthcare, or property operations
- Experience delivering leadership training or facilitating leadership development programs
