Description

The Davis Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn Layton are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dual Facility Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of our hotel and conference center. This role supports both properties and plays a key part in ensuring our guests, conference attendees, and team members enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dual Facility Attendant, you will help ensure both facilities remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, offices, and restrooms
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
  • Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces
  • Clean doors, windows, frames, and ledges
  • Polish brass and stainless steel fixtures
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Provide courteous interactions with guests and team members
  • Assist with additional housekeeping or facility needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated candidates who take pride in their work.
