Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to hotel standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Follow all alcohol service laws and safety procedures
• Process transactions accurately and responsibly

This role also requires versatility in multiple hospitality roles, including assisting with:

• Bussing tables
• Serving guests when needed
• Supporting other customer-facing service positions

Qualifications

Required

• Previous bartending experience
• Ability to work weekends
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience in restaurants, bars, or hotel hospitality
• Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support multiple roles

Schedule

• Part-time
• Weekend availability required
• Additional shifts may be available based on hotel needs
