YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with required emergency on-call availability.


YOUR DAY

As our Maintenance Operations Director, you'll oversee the full scope of facility operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, leading emergency preparedness efforts, and maintaining all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Each day, you'll coordinate repairs, manage preventative maintenance schedules, collaborate with vendors, supervise projects, and support department leaders to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient community environment. Your work will ensure residents and staff can depend on a well-maintained, secure, and comfortable assisted living setting.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in facilities management, operations management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond to facility emergencies when needed

Experience working in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar environments is preferred.
