You'll Tackle:

  • Leading clubhouse operations with confidence and care
  • Coaching department heads and staff to grow, perform, and serve with excellence
  • Greeting members, addressing needs, and strengthening relationships
  • Collaborating with F&B, golf, tennis, and event teams to deliver seamless service
  • Overseeing events, banquets, private parties, and club social programming
  • Supporting budgets, payroll, P&L oversight, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Participating in committee meetings and supporting club governance
  • Acting as the General Manager in their absence
  • Making decisions that protect employees, delight members, and uphold the club's reputation
  • Handling sensitive situations with discretion
  • Ensuring every department communicates and operates in harmony

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on connection, consistency, and creating a welcoming environment.

 

The Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in private clubs, luxury hotels, or fine dining
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and motivating teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Business, or related
  • Deep knowledge of F&B, service standards, and banquet/event execution
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L experience
  • Dedication to a high-touch, personalized member experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCM certification
  • Experience with private club governance and committee operations

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended hours including evenings/weekends/holidays
  • Standing/walking for long periods
  • Lifting 45 lbs., bending, stooping, balancing trays
  • Ability to maintain pace and stamina in a premium service environment
