Legacy Village of Castle Pines is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Receptionist to support our community during overnight hours. This position plays a key role in ensuring resident safety, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and responding to overnight needs.

Position Details

• Schedule: Overnight
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-Time Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k, HSA, PTO.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and manage community phone calls during overnight hours
• Respond promptly to Independent Living resident emergencies
• Empty trash throughout the community
• Conduct routine building checks to ensure safety and adequate lighting
• Keep all entrances clean and safe, especially during inclement weather
• Prepare and clean lobbies and sitting areas for the next day's business
• Deliver newspapers to residents
• Perform assigned floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet shampooing
• Complete other duties as assigned
