Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's building systems, guest rooms, public areas, and exterior grounds. This position ensures the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing while supporting a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Maintain exterior areas including walkways, parking lots, landscaping, and entrances
• Conduct snow removal and apply ice melt during winter months as needed
• Monitor and maintain pool systems, including water chemistry and temperature compliance
  • Pool certification required within 60 days of hire
• Uphold safety standards and follow all company and OSHA guidelines
• Assist during emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed maintenance tasks
• Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays
