You'll work nights from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am on a rotating schedule (four 10-hour days followed by two days off). Anything over 8 hours per day is overtime, meaning you'll earn two hours of overtime per shift!

• Thinking on your feet, accurately troubleshooting problems, and fully fixing issues
• Working with hand tools, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, electronics, and specialized machinery
• Making educated decisions and taking accountability for your results
• Escalating major issues to upper management when appropriate
• Following all safety protocols and staying calm while under pressure
• Coordinating effectively with production supervisors and employees
• Building strong relationships, fostering smooth face-to-face communication, and supporting an open-door culture
