What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a memorable stay. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Answering phones and managing reservations
• Assisting guests with requests and questions in a friendly, professional manner
• Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling cash transactions accurately
• Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Completing end-of-shift checklists to set the next team up for success
