Front Desk Agent Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by:

• Greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Managing reservations and guest inquiries
• Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Shifts include 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods; push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Basic computer skills preferred
