What You'll Do

As the Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily housekeeping operations
• Reviewing housekeeping boards and assigning rooms accurately
• Coordinating closely with the front desk to ensure real-time room status updates
• Training and coaching housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Maintaining lost and found records
• Managing inventory and conducting quarterly linen counts
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Upholding brand standards and creating a positive, team-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
