WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example while overseeing daily front desk operations. You'll support, coach, and guide Guest Services team members while ensuring smooth hotel operations and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Lead, train, and support Guest Services Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Shifts include 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods; push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
  • Comfort with basic computer systems and hotel software (PMS experience a plus)
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
