Founded in 1899, Austin Country Club is one of the oldest existing clubs in Texas and home to Harvey Penick, one of the greatest golf instructors who ever lived. This seasonal position offers a dynamic and engaging schedule, where you can choose full- or part-time hours.
As our Seasonal Camp Leader, you organize and lead a variety of games, sports, and recreational programs, ensuring that each camper is engaged and having fun. As the day progresses, you remain attentive to camper safety, ensuring that everyone stays hydrated, well-fed, and follows camp guidelines. When minor conflicts arise, you mediate with patience and fairness, helping campers develop teamwork and problem-solving skills. Throughout it all, you set the tone as a positive role model, demonstrating responsibility, leadership, and enthusiasm.
