NXT Property Management is hiring an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee operations for three multifamily communities in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $56,000-$60,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule & Location

• On-site position
• Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across three multifamily communities
• Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and customer service
• Oversee leasing activity, tours, and prospect follow-up
• Manage resident files, contracts, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate maintenance workflows and ensure timely completion of work orders
