QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, investigations, or program oversight in human services or special education
• CPR and First Aid certification, or able to obtain within 3 months
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in children's residential or educational programs, adult residential or day habilitation services, or similar regulated human services with licensing, accreditation, and external oversight is preferred.

SCHEDULE: This position follows a full‑time, 1st‑shift schedule.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PROGRAM INTEGRITY MANAGER

In this role, you'll conduct fact‑finding reviews, assess incidents, support program teams, and coordinate with regulatory partners such as DCF, DDS, DPPC, DPH, CARF, and others. You'll ensure compliance with organizational policies, lead internal audits, and assist in preparing for licensing, certification, and accreditation reviews. Your work will help maintain program integrity, promote safety, and support consistent, high‑quality service delivery every day.
