We're looking for a full-time Hotel Sales & Event Coordinator to support two West Valley City properties-the TownePlace Suites and the Hampton Inn West Valley. Schedule

  • Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed for events or group functions

What You'll Do

As a dual-property Sales & Event Coordinator, you'll manage sales and event activities for both hotels, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute group bookings and on-site events from start to finish
  • Set up and break down meeting and event spaces (tables, chairs, room layouts)
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to manage event details and rooming lists
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards
  • Create and post social media content to promote events and offerings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Marriott/FOSSE and Hilton/PEP preferred
  • Ability to lift and move tables and chairs for meeting setups
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and guest service skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
