YOUR DAY AS A HOUSEKEEPING INSPECTOR

As our Housekeeping Inspector, you play a critical role in guest satisfaction. You'll be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards before guests arrive.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting cleaned guest rooms for quality, cleanliness, and proper amenities
  • Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with maintenance and front desk teams
  • Verifying room status accuracy (clean vs. occupied) in collaboration with the front desk
  • Reviewing housekeeping boards daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with inventory tracking and reporting supply needs
  • Providing feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to maintain consistent standards
  • Supporting a safe, organized, and efficient housekeeping operation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong verbal communication skills with guests and coworkers
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift as needed
  • Comfort working around cleaning chemicals
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
