THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE SEEKING

The requirements for this position are:

  • 18+ years old
  • Driver's License preferred

No experience is required! This is an entry-level role!


Job Details: Full Time - 33 Hours/Week

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 10:00 pm - 9:00 am (overnight shifts)


YOUR DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL DSP

As an entry-level Direct Support Professional - DSP - Caregiver with TURN Community Services, you get to provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as administering medication, preparing meals, providing transportation, grooming, and housekeeping. You also get to provide behavioral management and support financial management. This is a graveyard shift position, so anticipate having a schedule that aligns with those hours. But don't worry - our fun and lighthearted culture will make every day (or night) brighter!

You're sure to keep accurate and updated documentation and report any concerns you may have. Helping these awesome individuals with developmental disabilities is incredibly rewarding, and you have a blast doing what you do best - making connections and being a friend!

TURN Community Services was founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.
