Medication Technician Responsibilities

• Organize, administer, and document medications under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Perform treatments and medication administration as ordered by physicians
• Ensure accurate medication delivery while following all state and community guidelines
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Maintain compliance with Western States Senior Communities' standards and expectations

Qualifications

• CNA certification
• Registered Medication Technician (Med Tech)
• Genuine passion for working with seniors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
