As a key member of our culinary team, you'll create exceptional meals in a full-service scratch kitchen where every order is cooked fresh and to the residents' preferences. You'll deliver restaurant‑quality dishes across two dining venues and our Bistro, ensuring each plate meets our standards for taste, appearance, cleanliness, and dietary needs. You'll navigate the broiler, grill steaks to perfection, prepare fresh seafood, uphold food sanitation standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications:
Scratch cooking, short-order line cooking, and baking experience are a plus!
