YOUR ROLE IN OUR KITCHEN:

• Deliver restaurant-style dining across two dining options, plus our Bistro
• Cook to order to create a personalized experience-no box to plate here
• Maintain careful attention to dietary needs and our standards for taste, smell, appearance, and temperature
• Keep the kitchen clean and uphold food sanitation standards
• Determine daily food and supply needs so we're prepped and ready
• Work under state guidelines and follow the Culinary Director's direction on portions, prep, inventory, and menu item preparation

OUR IDEAL ASSISTED LIVING COOK - CHEF:

• 1+ years of experience as a cook, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Current food handler's permit, ServSafe certification preferred
• Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card, or the ability to obtain one
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• A heart for serving
