What You'll Do

As a Property Maintenance Assistant, you'll support the daily upkeep and appearance of our senior living community. Working under the Maintenance Director, you'll:

• Complete maintenance and repair requests for residents
• Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building and grounds
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and team members

No two days are the same-this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills on the job.

What We're Looking For

• Basic building maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoys hands-on work and staying active

Schedule

• Full-time
• Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling available
