YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Working closely with our Maintenance Director, you'll ensure our building and grounds stay safe, attractive, and functioning smoothly. As our Assistant Property Maintenance Tech, you will:

• Complete maintenance and repair requests for residents
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work
• Assist with preventative maintenance plans
• Help maintain clean, safe, orderly common areas and outdoor spaces
• Provide friendly, respectful support to residents and team members

This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with flexible scheduling available. No two days look the same-perfect if you enjoy variety and learning as you go!
