YOUR LIFE AS A HOTEL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
This hotel management position is considered full-time.
As a Hotel Operations Assistant General Manager, you help oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure that everything is running smoothly. You work to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, keep our financials up to date, and ensure a happy and efficient staff. A natural leader, you help to recruit, train, and manage team members, equipping them with the skills to provide above-and-beyond service. You lead by example as you warmly and efficiently provide hospitality to each guest.
Highly organized, you assign work, appraise employee performance, complete work forecasting, reward team members, and resolve issues. You are sure to always be available to respond to the needs of our hotel. Creating the ideal experience for both our guests and staff gives you a great sense of satisfaction!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Two years of experience as an assistant general manager is preferred but not required. Previous Hilton experience would be a plus. We need a leader who is energized and passionate about customer service. If you can meet these requirements and perform this hospitality management job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
