Must-Haves:

• Experience operating forklifts
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions (wind, rain, heat, cold, etc.)
• Ability to follow work orders and safety procedures
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Team spirit and an ability to coordinate with coworkers and vendors
• Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer service mindset
• Hotel or commercial building maintenance experience - preferred
• Some HVAC knowledge/experience - preferred

Property Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with your team and following instructions from the chief to complete accurate, efficient, and compliant repairs and maintenance services
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing systems around the building and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Completing quality carpentry, painting, flooring, and patching services
• Assisting with construction, installations, equipment maintenance, and general building repairs
• Closely following work orders, OSHA safety standards, and security policies
• Professionally communicating with guests, coworkers, and vendors
• Participating in preventative and reactive maintenance programs
