WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Minimum Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions (wind, rain, heat, cold, etc.)
• Ability to follow work orders and safety procedures
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Team spirit and an ability to coordinate with coworkers and vendors
• Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer service mindset

Bonus Qualifications

• Hotel or commercial building maintenance experience
• Some HVAC knowledge/experience

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE AS OUR BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You'll coordinate with your teammates and supervisor to make sure all aspects of our building and grounds maintenance are fully taken care of. Your problem-solving skills will come in handy as you troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You'll make high-quality repairs while following all safety protocols and security policies, making sure to thoroughly complete every job.

You'll also assist your team with various carpentry, painting, flooring, construction, and installation tasks to keep our property in excellent shape. No matter what you're doing, you'll stay professional and treat all guests, vendors, and coworkers respectfully. You'll also participate in our preventative and reactive maintenance programs to ensure we're keeping the property in the best condition possible!
