Pinch Kitchen+Bar is one of Miami's hottest and most innovative restaurants, combining different flavors and cultural influences to keep dining exciting! We're hiring an energetic person to join us as a full-time Server and elevate the hospitality experience.

When you join us, you'll earn an excellent base pay of $10.98/hour plus tips.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR SERVER

THE SCHEDULE:

Shifts will vary within our business hours:

• 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday
• 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday
• 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Sunday
• Closed Monday

YOUR ROLE:

• Warmly greeting guests as they arrive, informing them about menu items and specials, and answering any questions
• Taking down food and beverage orders, including cooking temperatures, special requests, and allergies
• Upselling appetizers, desserts, and premium drinks
• Accurately entering orders into the POS and communicating with kitchen and bar staff
• Taking orders to the correct table and checking in with guests as they eat to ensure everything meets their expectations
• Pre-bussing tables as diners finish with plates, glasses, and silverware
• Bringing the bill as diners finish eating and accurately processing payments
• Helping with side work, including rolling silverware, stocking service stations, and assisting with opening and closing cleaning
• Maintaining a warm and welcoming hospitality environment

SERVER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of serving experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• Preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
