Are you a finance systems expert who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Process Improvement? We're seeking a Financial Systems Owner to lead and optimize our financial systems environment, with a primary focus on ERP implementation, administration, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between Finance and IT-ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, compliance, and user adoption across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits: $90-110k annually depending on experience + our full benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA, and 401k.

What You'll Do
ERP Implementation & Ownership

  • Lead and project manage the implementation of NetSuite ERP and related financial applications
  • Partner with subject matter experts to align business processes with system capabilities
  • Manage third-party implementation partners and vendors

Financial Systems Administration & Support

  • Serve as the primary administrator for financial systems and reporting tools
  • Configure, test, and optimize system settings to support security, compliance, and performance
  • Manage user access, permissions, and audit controls
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and system integrations with IT
  • Maintain accurate property, vendor, and general ledger master data
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams and external vendors for resolution
  • Support month-end close by validating data and ensuring reporting accuracy

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements across Finance
  • Maintain system governance documentation, workflows, and access policies
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership on continuous improvement initiatives

Training & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver system training for end users
  • Maintain training guides and onboarding materials
  • Partner with HR and IT to support seamless onboarding and offboarding
  • Act as a subject matter expert for system functionality, reporting, and best practices

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration, financial analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and cost structures
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
  • Experience with Power BI (data models, DAX, dashboards)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or comparable ERP platforms
  • Experience with SQL or other query languages
  • ERP implementation or major system upgrade experience
