QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of professional experience as a housekeeper supervisor, ideally in a senior care facility
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent work ethic and close attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, medical-grade cleaning methods, infection control techniques, and commercial sanitation/hygiene standards
• Ability to use cleaning equipment such as carpet and flooring cleaners
• Ability to push/lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, and work in a bent position for extended periods
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE AS OUR SENIOR CARE HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, organized, and hygienic facility for our elderly residents
• Leading a team in thoroughly cleaning all areas of our residential apartments and communal spaces
• Following all OSHA regulations, infection control procedures, PPE guidelines, and Western States quality standards
• Cleaning spaces in a timely manner while respecting residents' property and maintaining confidentiality
• Keeping your equipment in good condition and being mindful with supplies to prevent waste, accidents, and damages
