WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A WORKFORCE ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST?

In this role, you'll be at the center of developing training programs that empower employees and strengthen organizational performance. You'll design curriculum, facilitate interactive sessions, and reinforce learning through follow-up coaching and structured tools. Your work will include collaborating with leaders to identify workflow gaps, standardize processes, and create scalable strategies that drive efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR WORKFORCE ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST?

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Organizational Effectiveness (preferably SaaS, payroll, or HR tech)

• Experience designing and delivering training that improves performance

• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and program management skills

• Experience driving operational efficiencies and connecting learning to business metrics

• Experience with LMS tools, video platforms, and authoring software

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
