This full-time Recreational Memory Care Specialist position offers a flexible, predictable schedule from Sunday to Thursday. You'll have stability in your routine with plenty of opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents throughout the week.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Recreational Memory Care Specialist, you will spend your days bringing joy and enrichment to memory care residents. You will assist with planning and leading a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly activities, ensuring each moment is engaging and meaningful. You will help create and maintain the monthly activity calendar, facilitate both group and individual recreational and therapeutic experiences, and support transportation needs as required. Each day, you will focus on building warm, engaging relationships with residents, helping them feel valued and connected in a supportive environment that celebrates every individual.
