BECOMING OUR HOSPITALITY REGIONAL SALES SUPERVISOR

As our Hospitality Regional Sales Supervisor, you'll spend your days traveling between Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn to build local business relationships, manage key accounts, and maintain an active, accurate CRM pipeline. You'll respond quickly to leads, host property tours, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with the Area Director of Sales and each General Manager to align strategies for group, corporate, and transient business. Your work will also include attending community events, leading outreach efforts, and supporting marketing initiatives that boost visibility and revenue, while partnering with operations teams to ensure rooms are tour‑ready and every on‑site experience supports strong conversion and overall performance.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field-or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in hospitality sales or sales leadership
  • Clear track record of meeting/exceeding goals
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel between properties daily

Having Hilton brand experience is a plus! Multi-property or regional hospitality sales experience is also preferred!
