The Hilton Garden Inn Layton and Davis Conference Center is seeking a talented and motivated Restaurant Cook to join our evening kitchen team. In this role, you'll help prepare high-quality dishes for our restaurant guests and assist with banquet meal prep for conferences and events.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items to order, ensuring presentation and quality meet Hilton brand standards
• Assist with banquet prep and restaurant service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and cooking methods as directed

Requirements:

• Current Utah Food Handler's Permit
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking steaks to temperature
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
