WHAT YOU DO AS A HOUSEKEEPER - CLEANING ATTENDANT

Welcome to the team, Housekeeper - Cleaning Attendant! You play a vital role in keeping our senior living facility looking and feeling great. Your duties include general housekeeping, ensuring that residents' apartments and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Working alongside our housekeeping supervisor, you complete assigned tasks in order of priority, ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained.

You're always focused on positive resident relations, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner while respecting residents' personal and property rights and maintaining confidentiality. QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, residents, and families
• Ability to provide housekeeping services in a senior housing environment that meet or exceed Western States Senior Retirement Communities & service standards
• Willingness to work with the elderly
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, walk, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects or furniture such as carts
