WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL AS A MEMORY CARE DIRECTOR?

You'll work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You'll also be available on-call from time to time.

As the Memory Care Director, your day will involve overseeing the daily operations of our memory care program, ensuring residents receive person-centered, dignified support. You'll partner with families to provide education and reassurance through each stage of their loved one's care journey. In addition to supporting residents, you'll mentor and empower our caregiving team-training them in dementia care best practices and fostering a compassionate, engaging environment.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Experience in the administration or management of memory care or assisted living communities
• Strong understanding of dementia care programming and behavioral support strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A current Nevada Assisted Living Administrator's license is preferred, but we will consider candidates willing to obtain licensure
